Who is responsible
Daniliants Ventures OÜ, registry code 12764760, VAT number EE101835404, Uus-Volta tn 9/2-46, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia, runs this site for the NAMA content studio and decides how the personal data described here is used. It is the controller of that data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you send the contact form
We receive what you type into the form, and the plan or services you picked on the site if you came from the calculator or a plan card:
- your name and email address
- your company or webshop address
- what you sell, and the plan or services you are interested in
- your message, if you wrote one
Why, where and for how long
We use it only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Each enquiry reaches us twice: as an email sent through Cloudflare Email Service to our inbox, and as a row in a Google Sheet that only our team can open. If we do not start working together, we delete both within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for the contract and for accounting.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a program is sending it. To do that it processes technical details of your visit, such as your IP address and information about your browser. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the pages you request so that it can deliver them and protect the site from attacks.
Analytics and cookies
When you first visit, a banner from CookieScript asks whether you allow analytics. Until you accept, no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings the banner leaves on the page.
If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and two actions: sending the contact form and clicking our email address. It does not receive what you write in the form. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months, without Google signals and without advertising features. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
The cookies the site can set:
- Strictly necessary: the CookieScript cookie that remembers your choice. Set without consent, since without it the banner would ask again on every page.
- Performance: the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept up to 14 months. Set only after you accept.
Feedback tool
The site carries bugscr, a tool our team uses to report problems with the site. It stays hidden and sends nothing for ordinary visitors. It switches on only when a page is opened with a special address, and then sends a screenshot of the page and technical details of the browser to our issue tracker.
Who else processes the data
These providers process data for us, under data processing agreements, and only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: hosting, email delivery and Turnstile
- Google: the sheet of enquiries, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- CookieScript: the consent banner
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply where needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or to the authority of the country where you live.
Changes to this notice
When the site starts or stops using a service described here, we update this page and the date at the top.
